Throughout her 6-year tenure, she has strongly advocated for providing high-quality educational opportunities for ALL learners and has held the district to the highest possible educational standards. Nichole has served on the school board for the past six years and continues to lead with authenticity. Her time as a CISD trustee includes two terms as President, elected by her peers, and three terms as Secretary. In addition, in 2020, she earned the distinction of Master Trustee by the Texas Association of School Boards. She believes

She believes in transparent communication with community members, educators, and administration in order to make the best decisions possible for the future of CISD.

A 19 year CISD resident, Nichole has served the students and community of Coppell ISD for over 17 years. As a mom to four CISD students, she participated in over 14 committees and boards in CISD including PTOs at four schools, she was a member of the inaugural iLead cohort, she served on the board of the Coppell Gifted Association, and she served on the Coppell ISD Education Foundation for seven years with three years as Board president, as well as numerous district level committees. She brings a broad perspective to her role as a CISD Board Member.
